Exchange and Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you always have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
The following information is required to process your exchange/refund request:
  • The products must be in original condition with the original tags and labels.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  • The items to be returned must not show any signs of use.
  • Order number
  • Photo or video material clearly showing the defect (only if your product was received damaged).
If the problem is found to be valid, we will cover all costs to arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
The shipping costs for all returns are at your own expense at all times. Always make sure that your package has a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. Sending your return by post without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk. As a customer you are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
1 Register your return
To register your return, please contact info@fourcurve.nl.
2 Prepare your product
Pack the product you are returning properly and safely, preferably in the original packaging.
Note: All returns go directly back to the supplier. The costs for return shipment are always at your own expense.
3 Send us your package
Send the package (with Track&Trace) to the return address described here (in some cases it must be sent to a different address, this depends on the product):

4. Have the purchase amount refunded to account
A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment after we receive your returned item. If possible, items must be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you used. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account or another payment method within two working days.
Note: Always send a digital copy of the returns form back to us and include 1 printed copy with the return shipment. As soon as the supplier has received the return shipment, this will be immediately linked back to us.
Cancellation of orders
You can only cancel your order 5 minutes after placing the order. After 5 minutes our orders are placed in processing and after that cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. Since everything runs through an automated system.

Returns are always at the risk of the sender, the return costs will not be reimbursed.

Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:
a. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned
b. Personalized and/or custom-made items.
c. Which due to their nature cannot be returned.
d. Products must be reported as returned within 14 days of arrival.
